1. The reasons of food crisis, consequences, mitigation ways.
The analysis of reasons which have entailed food crisis in 2007. Current state of food safety in the world, basic regions of risk, the analysis of agrarian inflation reasons and ways of solving of new problems.
2. Macroeconomic factors of economic development and forecast of prices for grain and the foodstuffs.
Development trends of macroeconomic situation in various sub regions, consequences of world financial crisis of 2008 and its influence on consumption of food production, look-ahead scenarios of evolutionary change in agrarian structure of agrarian production manufacturers. Short and long-term change tendencies in grain manufacture and consumption in sub regional markets, consequences for world balance and market condition of grain.
3. National programs on support of agrarian manufacture.
Today there is no accurate understanding of monodirectional programs on support of agrarian sector in the world. Input and development of the new areas for agricultural production is stimulated in one country, while in others manufacture is limited and lands are preserved. Diversity of agrarian policy in various countries seriously affects a situation in the world grain market, which determines necessity of discussion on the issue and need to develop records management mechanisms of possible consequences for the world market and agrarian policies of the countries for maintenance of stability and predictability of the world market,

On the other hand they reduce incentive for the development of internal agrarian manufacture and its diversification, while strengthening dependence on external supplies and world markets. In such situation it is necessary to update humanitarian aid programs considering strengthening of their influence on national agriculture and stimulate internal solvent demand in recipient countries.
6. World trade policy: new challenges of globalization, localization and regional trade.
World trade of agricultural foodstuffs grows, however researchers indicate growth of regional trade, simultaneous growth of trade globalization and increase risk of unsteadiness in national economies depending on world market state. The conference purpose: to discuss trends in manufacture growth; world trade and consumption of grain; influence of administrative and technical barriers in a number of countries which hamper international trade processes.
7. Innovations and biotechnologies in grain manufacture.
It is offered to discuss development and implementation of achievements in biotechnologies, international cooperation in sphere of new technologies, selections and seed-growings, development of biofuel manufacture, consequences of global climate change on diversity of territorial structure of world grain trade and manufacture.
8. Establishment and functioning mechanisms of the international grain reserve fund.
The last global changes in world grain market demand establishments of new international mechanisms for stabilization of grain balances, development of mutually advantageous policy of world community and its efficient reaction on fluctuations of world markets.
9. Infrastructural risks of world grain trade
