POPULATION – EXPECTATIONS OF GLOBAL CHANGES

Global financial economic crisis forms new risks in ensuring the world food security. The fundamental element of the world food security is the expansion of grain production. Limited land, water and innovation recourses, inaccessibility of innovation production technologies for many countries, different directions of national agricultural policies put more tough restrictions on the growth of grain production. Existing institutions of the global food security maintenance were established in another epoch and nowadays they demand modernization of their activity in the questions of coordination of grain production programs and grain market, affordability of grain and its products for people.
